"A town work crew arrived this week to open up the drain across the street from my house, which clogs and floods the whole road every time there is a lot of rain. They needed to access the other end of the drain pipe through my property, so they asked permission to come through and move some wood and play equipment in my yard. I want to express how impressed I was with their professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency. They worked quickly to handle a lot of heavy materials, and they left my yard looking much nicer than when they began. They went above and beyond what was required to make sure I was satisfied with how everything on my property had been left, and they even offered a few tips for maintaining my property. The town engineer worked well together with the contractors (Zanelli Excavating) as a team, with a cheerful, cooperative atmosphere. It will be much easier and safer to have this drain expanded, and my kids are thrilled about how nice their play yard looks. Thank you, and well done!" - Chestnut Street Resident
